2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are typically only issued under the following conditions:

  • The service provided does not meet the specifications or requirements as outlined in the agreed-upon project scope.
  • There are significant issues or defects with the software or service that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The service was not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, and the delay was not caused by circumstances beyond our control.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation fees.
  • Custom software development services where significant work has already been completed.
  • Any third-party costs or services incurred during the development process.

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at mail.diligite@gmail.com with details of your request. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Partial Refunds
In cases where only a portion of the service is unsatisfactory, we may issue a partial refund corresponding to the portion of the work that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or requirements. Partial refunds will also be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.

6. No Refund Policy
In instances where a service is deemed non-refundable or no refund is applicable, this will be clearly communicated to the client before the commencement of the service. If there is no refund or cancellation policy for a specific service, this will also be stated in the service agreement.

Diligite reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy regularly. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
